OUR VISION
Newpoint was born from our idea to create a new place to live in Varna, which is different from everything that can be seen. A place that you can truly call your home, filling you with a sense of completeness and balance with nature. Away from the busy city life, without missing the oportunities it provides.
It took us a long time to find the perfect region where we could carry out this project, but now we know that we have discovered it and are working hard to accomplish our mission – to make a new generation gated community that offers its residents the best.
Newpoint is much more than a gated residence. It is a home, a community, a culture, a new way of life.
